This play pass offers unlimited play sessions for 1x child (under 5) and 1 adult. For additional children (or adults) please add at time of booking.

Membership perks : 5% off in store purchases (exc sale) and food and drink in the café - simply let us know you’ve got a pass on the day. 

Duration : Until cancelled - please note; this is a rolling monthly membership that can easily be managed or cancelled in your account. If you do not wish to renew the membership you will need to cancel at the end of the 30 day period.

Upon purchasing monthly play pass subscription you will be sent a confirmation. Please allow 24 hours for us to activate your account, after which, you will receive a code via email to use at checkout when booking. You can of course also show us your membership card if you wish to walk in on any day (subject to availability).

This is a new system for us so whilst we hope we have it all set up correctly, bear with us through any teething issues. 

BOOKING TERMS

• Each play pass is for 1x children and 1x adults. Both must be selected and booked at the same time.
• Only one session per day permitted.
• Play passes are non transferable and we reserve the right to ask to see your membership card (via your online account) when entering.
• All booked sessions must be attended (unless cancellation notice is given). This is so spaces aren't taken up unnecessarily. 
• If you book but do not attend (without cancellation) 3 times or more we reserve the right to cancel your play pass membership without notice. 
• We kindly ask that no external food is brought in (unless your child has allergies). 
• The Nook is not an allergen free zone, therefore we cannot guarantee our café is an allergen free zone. Ingredients in the food and drink purchased may have been exposed to allergens. If you have an allergy please notify us when you arrive.
• No food or drink to be taken into the play area
• Please ensure any spilt food or drink is cleaned up straight away - any excess spillages, let us know and we will assist
• Children who are unwell should not use the play area
• It is your responsibility to supervise your child/children inside The Nook. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents that may occur out of our control.
• Smaller toys may pose a choking hazard. Please ensure you are supervising your child at all times.
• There is a covered pram park outside the rear of the café. Prams and pushchairs are left at your own discretion.
• We have separate toilet and nappy changing facilities where we provide complimentary nappies and wipes. Please leave these in a clean and tidy state after use.
• At The Nook we believe it’s important to encourage tidying up before the end of each session. It not only encourages discipline, skills and a sense of responsibility from a young age, it also helps us prepare the room for the next session. We politely ask that you try to help keep the room tidy and not leave it in a mess (thank you).
• Bookings are non-refundable but if you cannot make your booking, please contact us at least 12 hours before your session and we will do our best to reschedule you.
• We reserve the right to charge ‘cost price’ for any deliberate damage or damage from misuse of play equipment (this excludes general wear and tear)
