Join us Wednesdays in December up until Christmas for a free afternoon of play and festive fun.  Booking recommended as spaces are limited. Please let us know if you cannot make it as this free's up the space/s for someone else.

After your session why not browse in the shop, where on Wednesdays up until Christmas we are offering 15% off all instore purchases (exc sale items). The perfect opportunity to get in some Christmas shopping.

ABOUT THE NOOK

The Nook is a cosy, calm and beautiful space at the rear of our Felixstowe store. An area where little ones can play and explore in a child friendly environment whilst you relax with a coffee, whether it be alone or with friends. Our menu has been created with love, offering both healthy options and sweeter treats. 

The Nook is not a large soft play centre! It is a thoughtfully laid out room, aimed at children aged 0-4 years old and is designed to support early years development.

There is a role play corner and a selection of toys to suit the different ages, where will be doing toy rotation fortnightly.

We also have toilet and separate baby change facilities.

There is seating for 8 but please be aware you may occasionally need to share a joining table... that being said we like to think of The Nook as a social space so hope you don't mind!

BOOKING TERMS

• Each booking includes one free adult with each paying child and there is enough table seating for 8.
• We kindly ask that no external food is brought in (unless your child has allergies or is under 1 year of age).
• The Nook is not an allergen free zone, therefore we cannot guarantee our café is an allergen free zone. Ingredients in the food and drink purchased may have been exposed to allergens. If you have an allergy please notify us when you arrive.
• No food or drink to be taken into the play area
• Please ensure any spilt food or drink is cleaned up straight away -any excess spillages, let us know and we will assist
• Children who are unwell should not use the play area
• It is your responsibility to supervise your child/children inside The Nook. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents that may occur out of our control.
• Smaller toys may pose a choking hazard. Please ensure you are supervising your child at all times.
• There is a covered pram park outside the rear of the café. Prams and pushchairs are left at your own discretion.
• We have separate toilet and nappy changing facilities where we provide complimentary nappies and wipes. Please be mindful and leave these both in a clean and tidy condition after use.
• At The Nook we believe it’s important to encourage tidying up before the end of each session. It not only encourages discipline, skills and a sense of responsibility from a young age, it also helps us prepare the room for the next session. We politely ask that you try to help keep the room tidy and not leave it in a mess (thank you).
• Bookings are non-refundable but if you cannot make your session, please contact us at least 24 hours before and we will do our best to reschedule you.
• We reserve the right to charge ‘cost price’ for any deliberate damage or damage from misuse of play equipment (this excludes general wear and tear)
