The teether is made of 100% natural rubber which is non-toxic and free from harmful chemicals like Phthalate, PVC, silicone, and BPA. It is safe for baby to chew on. The teether is cast in one piece without holes which prevents filth and mold from acquiring inside.

Natural rubber is biodegradable and a sustainable resource.

For daily cleaning, it is recommended to wash with soapy water. We do not recommend boiling the teether because the surface of the natural rubber has a self-cleaning effect in the sense that the surface is bacteria repellent. Is the teether by accident boiled, you should just put it in a cold place, and it will regain its strength back again.

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 3-4 working days but during busier periods it may take a little longer. If your order is urgent or required by a certain date please let us know.

Laser items (even when purchased alongside standard stock items) are currently on a 7-10 working day. If you do need any sooner please either contact us beforehand or upgrade to express.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as we have found these to be the most reliable service, however they may occasionally experience delays which are understandably out of our control. If you have any issues at all please don't hesitate to get in touch as we are always happy to help. 

Due to the ongoing postal delays we are unable to guarantee our delivery timeframes on certain items.
If you do require something for a specific date we recommend ordering in advance and upgrading to our next day service. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given on personalised items that may arrive late if standard delivery is selected - thank you for your continued support.
