These short mindfulness exercises are perfect for starting your day on a positive note or relaxing before bedtime! Introduce mindfulness and meditation to the next generation with Mindful Moments, the first card in Yoto's Mini Mindfulness series. These 10 short mindfulness exercises will leave children (and adults!) feeling calm, relaxed and focused.

You can enjoy these exercises whenever you like, as often as you like! Each one is just a few minutes long, and the audio will pause at the end of each exercise to give you time to enjoy some quiet time to yourself. Mindful Moments was created exclusively by Yoto with Louise Gordon, a yoga teacher from Scotland who specialises in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Louise is also a certified Girlvana teacher and regularly coaches teens and young womxn in the principals of yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as we have found these to be the most reliable service, however they may occasionally experience delays which are understandably out of our control. If you have any issues at all please don't hesitate to get in touch as we are always happy to help. 

Due to the ongoing postal delays we are unable to guarantee our delivery timeframes on certain items.
If you do require something for a specific date we recommend ordering in advance and upgrading to our next day service. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given on personalised items that may arrive late if standard delivery is selected - thank you for your continued support.
