We always recommend buying true to size on the all in one sleepsuit. Newborn is for little ones up to around 8lb, which we have ordered most for those first outfit snaps. Go for 0-3m if you are wanting this to last longer. The rib is stretchy and purposely designed to recover - so expect to get a lot of wear out of these.
