Has your little one outgrown their wardrobe? Interested in consigning with us?

We are looking for clothing, shoes and accessories from newborn up to 6 years.

Please read below for details on how our consignment service works along with our terms -

Simply send us an email with images of your item/s. Please include the brand, age and item condition. If you have a large consignment of clothing and would rather not send images then you may send any items at your discretion - just be sure to email in advance. Please note that in these circumstances you are giving us permission to price as we see fair. Any items that do not meet our brand/condition requirements will either be returned (postage costs will apply) or donated.

Upon receiving your email we will reply with an estimate outlining what you can expect to receive for your item/s along with a contract of terms. We will consider comparable prices of similar items/quality and condition when pricing all items.

We work on a commission of 50% of final sale price (paid into your account) or 60% credit to spend online or in store.

Once accepted, pop your items in the post. Once received, we will manage all of the photography and list for sale on the preloved section of the website. 

You will then receive a link where you can set up your very own vendor account. From here you can log in, see which items have sold and how much commission you have made. Payouts are processed at the end of every month.

These are just some of the brands we currently accept but if there's any that you feel would be a good fit for Fox & Bramble Preloved then please let us know!

We are not currently accepting high street/fast fashion brands such as Zara, Next, H&M etc. Whilst we appreciate there are some gorgeous designs about we only want to offer you the best quality pieces, made to be loved again, by brands that share the same ethos as us.

CONDITION RATINGS

1/ new with tags; unworn

2/ nearly new; no signs of wear

3/ excellent used condition; light signs of wear

4/ good used condition; moderate signs of wear

4/ used condition; items that have been well loved.

(items with large stains, broken zips, rips, tears, fading, pilling, animal hair, smell of smoke etc will be returned at senders cost or donated)

TERMS -

Items must be freshly laundered and neatly folded before sending.

We reserve the right to refuse any items that have not been accurately described.

Any unsold items may be returned after a 120 day period - postage will apply.

Pricing may be subject to change if we feel the item may not sell at original price. 

We may from time to time include preloved items in our online sales - this will not affect your commission rate (we absorb the discount).

Sending us goods to sell is acceptance of our terms.
